“This is my experience with the TMJ Help Program book. You can read more  not more than…

As many of you know, I’m always on the lookout for any manufactured goods that will improve my situation in regarding to my TMJ pain. I’ll try any TMJ exercises that anyone suggests will help. Also, if you’ve read my about me page, you’ll know that I WILL NOT look at any kind of surgery selection to fix my TMJ. Who wants to spend tens of thousands of dollars with no guarantee of a cure?

Recently a friend who also suffers from TMJ, emailed me about a program that was really selection her cope and had greatly reduced the pain and now she’s even pain free more days out of the week than not. She said the book featured a simple set of TMJ exercises by the side of with a diet change and everything was pretty simple to follow by the side of and do.  Needless to say, I took her advice and bought the book.

The Book

The TMJ Help Program by Katherine Page, is an ebook or an online book that you download to your computer at once after your hold.

The book includes 31+  tmj exercises when collective with a few dietary changes that Katherine perfected over a 7 year period of dealing with TMJ. Sorry, I can’t list the exercises here as that would be in violation of copyright laws.

My Experience

I had already made most of the dietary changes (I figured this out on my own before buying the book) so I picked right up with the exercises.

Some of the exercises are a bit unconventional, and in fact some of them hurt at first when I started doing them. I chose to persevere and work through the pain. It only took about three days for the pain to subside and for my jaw to feel WAY better. This got me excited…

So, I kept intake how I’d been intake, and doing the exercises and after the first week I noticed that my jaw wasn’t hurting anymore. It was kind of weird at first, I just woke up one day lacking pain, and went about my day. It wasn’t until I got home from work that day that I thought “You know, I don’t have any jaw pain at all.”

Conclusion

Trust me when I say that you don’t really need to change your diet, you can just do the exercises and it will have a huge positive impact on your TMJ pain. If you choose to make a few dietary changes (I talk about some of them on this site) your progress will be much quicker, and you might even lose weight in the process!

I’m on the 13th day as of this prose, and my jaw has never felt better. I’ve noticed that my jaw feels much more loose, like a excellent stretch feels. I’ve noticed that after a stressful day at work, my jaw isn’t hurting and about ready to lock-up. I haven’t had a headache since I started either.

If you’re willing to try some unconventional  TMJ exercises, and would like an different to expensive surgery or ridiculous TMJ backtalk guards, I HIGHLY recommend this book. At least give it shot – if it doesn’t work you have a 60 day cash back guarantee through the processing company, so it’s simple to just email for a refund if it doesn’t work
