If you’re suffering from TMJ like I am, then I’m glad you’ve found this site. I have horrible TMJ pain that was brought on my a traumatic injury to my face when I was young. Some days it’s not bad, while other days it’s hard to deal with anything – work, kids, etc… Those are the days that don’t get much sleep and when I feel so helpless.

Sure, I can do the TMJ surgery, but most health care providers won’t cover it, and I’ve heard horror stories from people who have had it done. Did you know there is no guarantee that the surgery will be successful? So, I’ve stayed away from that.

I’ll try just about anything under the sun to help the pain, so join me on my quest to find something, anything that will help with the pain of TMJ. Maybe we’ll even find something that will reverse the pain and cure it all together!
